Our Process

1. Expression of interest
As an entrepreneur, we know your time is precious and valuable. Before moving forward, we want to make sure there’s a potential fit. We’ll have you fill out a short form with basic information to ensure there’s alignment between us.

2. establishing a fit
We strive to put relationships first from the get-go. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll schedule a short conversation between a member of our team to learn more about your business and for you to put a face to our name. Afterwards, we may have follow up conversations to verify additional information and ensure member interest.

3. pitch
At this stage, you’ll have an opportunity to pitch your business in front of our investors. Our hope is to provide ample opportunity for entrepreneurs to show off their work while opening up a space for connection. After the pitch, our members will indicate whether they’re interested in pursuing further.

4. Deep Dive
If there’s interest in moving forward after a pitch to our members, we’ll begin a deep dive in several areas including a comprehensive look at your business model, impact, and entrepreneurial profile in order to evaluate at a deeper level whether your business fits our criteria.

5. diligence
Our team will facilitate due diligence for interested investors which will include inspecting corporate documents and agreements to verify readiness for investment.

6. Funding
Investors make individual decisions regarding whether to invest or not. All transactions happen between investors and companies. PAC does not broker deals or negotiate on behalf or our investors.
