PAC’s members are all accredited investors. All of our members are independent, meaning they make their own investment decisions and are not committed to invest. We are not a fund and do not charge a carry or management fee on investments.

Throughout history, especially in centuries past, access to a river, ocean, or lake was a prerequisite for trade, travel, and sustenance. As a result, these bodies of water became the basic building blocks for cities.
In Washington, D.C., the Potomac River’s strategic location and abundant resources were essential to Founding Fathers’ desire to establish the new capital city on its shores. To this day, it’s a local symbol of the city and its values.
To us, the Potomac represents the foundation of a better society where for-profit businesses create sustainable thriving in their communities through commitment to their mission and values. Our members are eager to partner with entrepreneurs with a vision to impact their local neighborhoods, cities, and nations for the better.
